Cristina Pedroche's cheesecake with thermomix

Step 1

The first thing to do is to preheat the oven to 190ºC.

Put the Parmesan cheese in small pieces in our thermomix glass and grind 20 seconds / speed progressive 8-9-10 Add the cream cheese, cream, eggs, fresh cheese, sugar and a pinch of salt and program 2 minutes / speed

Add the flour and program 2 minutes / speed

Step 11

Put the contents in the reserved mold, on top of the cookies.

Step 12

Put the cake in the oven at 190ºC for 40-45 minutes (if we like it more liquid we can leave it only 35 minutes, if we like it very curdled 45-50 minutes).

Step 13

Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool a little and then put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours before eating.

Step 14

Remove from the oven, wait for it to temper and reserve in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
