View Step-by-step Cooking Method Step 1 Place butter in mixing bowl and melt 100 o C 2m 1 Step 2 Add biscoff biscuit and digestive biscuits then 15 sec/speed 8. o C 15s 8 Step 3 Transfer to cake springform pan and press down with back of a spoon to form a base. Set aside in fridge to set. Step 4 Put a bowl on TM lid, add gelatine and water, set aside. Step 5 Place cream cheese, vanilla extract & biscoff spread in lmixing bowl and mix o C 30s 8 Step 6 Add heavy cream & icing sugar. o C 40s 6 Step 7 Melt the gelatine in the microwave for 30 seconds Step 8 Gradually add 5 tbsp of the cheesecake mixture into the dissolved gelatine and stir until combined. Pour back to the cheesecake mixture in the mixing bowl and mix o C 20s 2 Step 9 Pour in the springform pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Step 10 Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Place the biscoff spread in a bowl and heat in the microwave until melted and pour over the cheesecake Step 11 Refrigerate the cake for 5 hours, until set Step 12 Release the cake from the pan and decorate the cake with some crushed biscoff biscuit
