Preheat oven to 190degrees celcius Step 7 Add 10ml baking soda and mix 0 o C 10s 3.5 Step 8 Pour mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper Step 9 Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees celcius Step 10 Reduce the heat to 160 degrees celcius and bake for another 20 minutes until the top is browned. Skewer should come out clean when inserted and the top of the cake should be soft and springy when lightly pressed. Step 11 Allow to cool slightly before removing baking paper.
