Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof glass bowl, over a pan of hot water. Keep stirring until fully melted, then remove from the heat to cool.
Step 2
When the chocolate has cooled, add in to a blender or food processor with the remaining ingredients and blend.
Step 3
Spoon out and serve in small dishes (we recycled some old candles!). Grate over some extra chocolate for a topping.
Step 4
Refrigerate to set for around 1 hour.
