Step 1
Prepare the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated onion, pickle juice, mustard, sweet relish, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Step 2
Start by placing a slice of Boar's Head American Cheese on the bottom half of each dinner roll.
Step 3
Layer the thinly sliced Fire Smith Flame-Grilled Chicken Breast on top of the cheese.
Step 4
On the top half of the rolls, add a layer of Boar's Head White American Cheese.
Step 5
Spread the Sauce: Take a generous spoonful of the prepared sauce and spread it over the layer of Boar's Head White American Cheese on the top half of the rolls. You can adjust the amount of sauce to your taste.
Step 6
Add Pickles: Place dill pickle chips on top of the chicken slices. Stack as many pickles as you prefer for that extra crunch and tangy flavor.
Step 7
Assemble the Sliders: Carefully close the sliders by placing the top halves of the rolls onto the bottom halves.
Step 8
Cover the assembled sliders with foil to prevent them from drying out.
Step 9
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the sliders for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 10
In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of melted butter and sesame seeds.
Step 11
After the initial baking, remove the foil and brush the buttery mixture over the tops of the sliders.
Step 12
Place the sliders back in the oven, uncovered, for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops turn golden brown.
Step 13
Serve and Enjoy: Remove the sliders from the oven, let them cool slightly, and then serve these Deli Pickle Chicken Sliders hot. Don't forget to save some of that delicious sauce for dipping!
