Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Add the green beans to a 8×11 casserole dish.

Step 3

Add the can of soup, milk, pepper, red pepper flakes and 1/2 cup of the fried onions. Stir to combine the creamy mushroom sauce.

Step 4

Place in oven, middle rack and uncovered, for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Remove and top with remaining fried onions. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 6

Let cool slightly before serving.
