Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Crush a small handful of spicy dill pickle chips.
Step 2
Place a saucepan over medium heat. Add the shredded cheese in a circle shape. Use your spatula to mold the edges and push the cheese into a circle shape. It will spread as it cooks, so you'll do this continually.
Step 3
Once the cheese is about half melted, add the crushed chips on top.
Step 4
When all of the cheese is melted, place the pickle skewer in the middle.
Step 5
Let it cook for a few more minutes, until the cheese is crispy and you can use your spatula to roll the edges to form the pickle in a blanket.
Step 6
Serve hot on its own or with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
