Make the dressing. Add all of your ingredients to a small to medium bowl or jar and stir well to combine. Try it and adjust it according to your taste.

Enjoy! If serving as a dip, I like to sprinkle a little more blue cheese on top for a pretty presentation. Store in a tightly sealed glass jar (I love to use the ones I mix it in) in the fridge for as long as your yogurt lasts (look at the expiration date on it).
