Strip the husks off the Corn. 02 - In a small bowl, mix all the Ingredients for the Honey Miso Butter, cover with cling film and set aside. 03 - You can either use an outdoor grill or a regular indoor grill and set it to high. 04 - Soak a paper towel in Olive Oil and rub the grill with it, or spray the grill with cooking spray. 05 - Place the Corns on the grill and cover if you can. If you don't have a grill top, you can place a frying pan upside down over the Corns, making sure the handle won'r burn (don't use aluminum) 06 - Brush the Corn with the Honey Miso Butter as it grills. 07 - Cook for about 10-15 minutes or once they've turned golden brown. 08 - Garnish with chopped Scallions and serve with extra Honey Miso Butter sauce.
