Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Add butter to a large, oven proof skillet. Place over medium-low heat and add onions and garlic. Cook, stirring often until onions are caramelized.
Step 3
Lower heat to low. Add cream cheese and sour cream and salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and all combined.
Step 4
Remove from heat and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with bacon, ham, and pineapple. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Top with green onions and serve immediately.
