Step 1

In a bowl - mix yogurt, protein powder and cocoa powder.Taste and add sweetener if needed.

Step 2

In a food processor, blend the pistachios until crumbled.Add in chex cereal and process again until just combined.

Step 3

Pour yogurt mix in a jar (smoothen the top).Top with pistachio mix and spread evenly.

Step 4

Melt chocolate in bowl in microwave; Heat 30 seconds, stirring at 15sec intervals.(Add a drop of coconut oil if needed).

Step 5

Pour on top of pistachio mix and spread gently.
