Step 1
Wash the salmon with cold water and pat dry. Coat the salmon with 1 tsp of olive oil, then add honey, paprika, and cinnamon on top and use a spatula or pastry brush to coat the salmon evenly across top and sides.
Step 2
If cooking on the stove in a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and place the salmon skin side down. If cooking in an air fryer, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees for 3 minutes. If cooking in the oven, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 3
Cook the salmon on medium heat on the stove for a few minutes on each side until it is cooked through, in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 390 degrees. The salmon should flake easily with a fork. Pair with your favorite grains or veggies + ENJOY!
