Step 1
Cook the Sausage:In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside with the sausage.

Cook the Broccoli:Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Pour the sauce into the skillet with the broccoli and bring to a simmer.

Combine and Serve:Return the cooked sausage and shrimp to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat with the honey garlic sauce.
Step 9
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
