Step 1
Season pork chops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
Step 2
Add olive oil to the Instant Pot®, and select the sauté function. Turn to high, and let heat for a couple minutes and then add in half of the pork chops to brown. This will take about 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
Step 3
Turn sauté off and remove the pork chops. Add in a small amount of broth and deglaze the bottom of the inner pot by scraping anything stuck to the pan.
Step 4
Add all the pork chops back to the pan and add the remaining broth. Put on the lid and put the pressure valve to sealing.
Step 5
Set for a high pressure cooking time of 10 minutes. Once done, allow to release naturally for 10 minutes. Quick-release any remaining pressure.
Step 6
Take off the lid and put the chops on a plate. Add in the goat cheese to the Instant Pot and stir until it's melted completely.
Step 7
Serve with some cheese sauce spooned over the chops.
