Step 1
Fill the Instant Pot with 1 cup water. Add steamer basket and eggs. Close and lock lid of Instant Pot with vent set to SEALING.
Step 2
Cook for 3 minutes on low pressure. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath.
Step 3
When time is up, manually release pressure through vent. Once all pressure is released, remove the lid and transfer eggs to ice bath for 1 minute.
Step 4
Crack eggs and peel, then serve.
