Drain sauerkraut and chop into bite pieces.

Add enough olive oil to add flavor and moisture and mix well.

Parsley is an option and adds an incredibly fresh flavor to the recipe.
Step 8
Keeps in the fridge for a1 week or so thanks to the olive oil that marinates it.
Step 9
Use at least ½ cup with any/each meal.
