Step 1

Heat up the oven on 230 C

Place a parchment paper on a baking pan and set aside

Step 3

Separate the egg yolk and egg white

Step 4

Cut cheese and bacon into a small pieces

Step 5

Place egg white in a bowl and mix it into a foam

Step 6

Once mixed, add cheese, bacon and a bit of salt into egg white foam

Step 7

Gently with spatula place all the foam on the parchment paper onto a baking pan. Try to shape into a little mountain as high as possible.

Step 8

Once shaped, use a spoon to make a small hole on top of the egg white.

Step 9

Place it in the oven for 3 minutes

Step 10

Take it out of the oven and slowly place the egg yolk into a hole you made and back to the oven for another 3 minutes
