Step 1

In a large bowl, combine turmeric, ginger, salt, chili powder and cinnamon. Add in Coat chicken pieces for coating. Place coated chicken in a plate.

Step 2

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in onion and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the onions are translucent and fragrant.

Step 3

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the chicken. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the chicken is almost cooked through.

Step 4

Add heavy whipping cream and tomato paste in the pan. Mix with a spatula until well blended. Turn the heat to medium-low and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes.

Step 5

Remove lid and combine. Serve alongside cauliflower rice.
