Step 1
Pour 1 cup of warm water into a quart mason jar. Add honey, cream of tartar and salt. Give it a stir and let it sit until the honey and salt have dissolved.
Step 2
Add the lemon and lime juice and remaining 2 cups of water (use cold water this time).
Step 3
Add ice and enjoy!
