Step 1

Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly dust a baking tray (20 x 30 cm) with flour and set aside.

Step 2

Place flour, cream, lemonade and salt into mixing bowl, then knead Dough /15 sec.

Step 3

Transfer dough onto a silicone bread mat or lightly floured work surface and lightly press out to approx. 2 cm thick. Dip a cookie cutter (6 cm) in flour and cut out scones. Repeat until all the dough has been used (makes approx. 8 scones). Place scones on prepared baking tray, spacing them out a little to expand. Brush with milk and bake for 10-12 minutes (220°C) or until golden brown.

Step 4

Serve scones warm with butter, jam and cream (see Tips).
