Step 1

Prep the carrots, cabbage, and ginger.

Step 2

Heat a pot or large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil followed by the beef. Cook for a few minutes until the beef is browned.

Step 3

Add in the shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook for 2-3 minutes mixing frequently.

Step 4

Add in the garlic, Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well and simmer for another couple of minutes.

Step 5

Mix in the cooked rice packets. Break apart the rice in the packets with your hands first if it's in one solid block. This makes it much easier to mix in. Cook the rice for about 2 minutes until it's hot throughout.

Step 6

Remove from the heat. Top with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve with more soy sauce if desired. Enjoy!
