Step 1

In a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil, add in onions, garlic, 1 tbsp of Dan O’s Cheesoning, and 1 tbsp of Dan O’s Original. Saute that on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until golden.

Step 2

In a large bowl add softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated parmesan, ¼ cup fresh parsley, and ½ tbsp of Dan O’s Cheesoning. Mix that until combined. Then add in the freshly shredded colby jack and 8 oz freshly shredded mozzarella. Fold that all together until combined. Set that aside.

Step 3

To make your dippers, slice up some Italian bread and place them onto a baking sheet. In a small bowl combine 4 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp Dan O’s Cheesoning, and 1 tsp Dan O’s Original. Brush the oil mixture over each piece of bread and bake them in the oven at 400°F for 5-8 minutes or until toasty. Set them aside.

Step 4

Once the sauteed onions and garlic are soft and golden, add them into the bowl with the creamy mixture. Mix that again until everything is incorporated. Transfer the onion garlic bread dip into a pie plate or any baking dish. Top with the leftover 4 oz of freshly shredded mozzarella and ¼ cup or fresh parsley. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes.

Step 5

Bake the onion garlic bread dip at 350°F for 25 - 30 minutes. Use that toasty bread to dip and enjoy!
