Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine 1 can of ready spread vanilla frosting, 1 cup peanut butter, and softened ½ cup butter until completely blended.
Step 2
Stir in 2 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
Step 3
Form into 1-inch balls and add to a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Step 4
Freeze peanut butter balls for 1 hour.
Step 5
In a heatproof medium glass or metal bowl, combine 2 cups chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or shortening. Place bowl over a small saucepan with 1 inch of water. Cook on low heat stirring occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted. You do not want the water to touch the bowl because it can overheat the chocolate.
Step 6
Using a toothpick, dip peanut butter balls into chocolate. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
Step 7
Place chocolate covered balls back on waxed paper.
Step 8
Chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes to set.
