Step 1
Run cold water over cooked macaroni. Put in casserole with butter.
Step 2
Cut half of cheese and put on top of macaroni. Pour on evaporated milk. Cover with regular milk until it "swims."
Step 3
Add seasonings.
Step 4
Cut remaining cheese into large slices and place on top.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
