Quick and Easy Lemon Pineapple Dessert

vanilla yogurt

(6 ounce) container nonfat lemon yogurt

(8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

(3 ounce) package fat-free, sugar-free lemon pudding mix (such

low-fat frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip® Lite), thawed

blueberries

Combine vanilla yogurt, lemon yogurt, pineapple, and pudding mix in a bowl; stir until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.


Spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes, and chill for about 30 minutes.


Garnish each dessert with a blueberry, toasted coconut, or an additional dollop of the whipped topping, if desired.


We really liked this, but since I’m the first reviewer I had to make a choice on the Jello mix. The recipe said to use 1 package and then it said 1 ounce. I went with the full 3+ oz in the package. It was fine at that amount of mix.
