Step 1

Pack trimmed green beans, sliced garlic, chili peppers, and dill into fermentation jar.

Step 2

Dissolve kosher salt in 1 quart of water to make a brine.

Step 3

Step 4

Top with lid and airlock (Need help? Check out our How to Assemble Airlock Video). Let ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks

Step 5

Transfer finished Dilly Green Beans to jars and move to the refrigerator. Fermented green beans keep in the fridge for up to 2 months.
