Step 1
If your cucumber’s seeds are large, remove them then grate the cucumber then set aside.

To a medium bowl, add softened cream cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, milk (start with 2 tablespoons) and dill.

Blend using a spoon or immersion blender then once it’s smooth, stir in the grated cucumber. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then add salmon.Bake 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes to brown the top.
