Step 1

Gather all the ingredients to make your scrambled egg sandwich recipe.

Step 2

Preheat the Blackstone Flat Top Griddle to medium heat or your e-series Blackstone Griddle to 300°F.

Step 3

Break your eggs into a small mixing bowl.  If you want fluffy cooked eggs, add a splash of milk to the eggs.  With a fork, whip up your egg mixture until completely combined.

Step 4

Butter each slice of bread.  Place the buttered bread on to the hot griddle.

Step 5

Lightly grease the flat top griddle with your favorite oil.

Step 6

Pour the egg mixture on top of the hot greased griddle.

Step 7

Quickly season the cooking eggs mixture with your favorite seasonings.  You can use salt and pepper, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt or Morton Nature Seasonings.  Let the egg mixture cook for about a minute and then start scrambling the eggs with a griddle spatula.

Step 8

Cook until the eggs are done to your desired needs.  Place the cooked eggs onto the toasted slice of bread.

Step 9

Top with your favorite toppings and then the last slice of toasted bread. Remove from the flat top griddle and serve right away.
