Step 1

In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt with the blue cheese. Roughly mash the blue cheese with the back of a spoon or fork to incorporate it with the Greek yogurt.

Step 2

Add the apple cider vinegar and garlic powder and stir to combine.

Step 3

Slowly pour in the buttermilk while mixing. Stir the dressing to fully combine. Season with kosher salt and/or black pepper to taste.

Step 4

Transfer to a jar, seal and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. We recommend chilling for 2 hours before using after making for best flavor and texture.
