Step 1
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes.
Step 2
If desired, line the bottom of the slow cooker with a piece of foil (or parchment) for any escaping juices.
Step 3
Wrap each sweet potato in foil and place in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or until tender.
