Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Start by making the special sauce. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well until the ingredients are well-blended. Set this aside for later.
Step 2
Heat a griddle or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Divide the ground beef rounds into four loose portions. Place the meat portions on the hot skillet and season with salt and pepper. Allow the patties to cook until they're browned on one side. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Place a tortilla on top of each beef portion and press to flatten the beef into the tortilla.
Step 5
Cook until the tortilla is golden brown - it should take 2 to 3 minutes. Flip each patty and top it with cheese. Let it melt. Once the tortilla has browned, top it with lettuce and onions. Drizzle it with the special sauce, remove it from the griddle, and fold it in half like a taco.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
