Step 1
Mix together the water, smoked paprika, and salt, forming a red paste.
Step 2
Mix together the coconut chips and the smoked paprika paste until the coconut chips are completely coated with the mixture.
Step 3
Spread the coated coconut chips over a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or onto a dehydrator tray, in a single layer as much as possible.
Step 4
Bake at the lowest setting of your oven, using a convection setting, if you have one, until the chips have fully dried and become crispy. (You could also use a dehydrator instead.)
Step 5
Serve immediately, or store in a well-sealed container.
