Instructions
Deep-fry the tofu cubes until they are golden brown, set aside. Warm a skillet to medium high heat, then add 2 tablespoons of oil to warm it. Add all the ingredients except celery and stir-cook until everything is well mixed. Add celery, cover, lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
