Preheat waffle iron.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or in a bowl with a whisk or hand mixer, beat aquafaba until light and foamy and resembles whipped egg whites.

Step 4

Add in oil, almond milk, vanilla extract to the bowl to mixer and mix until smooth.

Step 5

Add flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Step 6

Fold in sprinkles until well incorporated.

Step 7

Grease waffle iron and ladle or scoop batter onto the iron.

Step 8

Close and cook until the waffle is golden brown about 4-5 mins.

Step 9

Carefully remove wafffle from the iron and repeat.

Step 10

Serve waffles with vegan whipped cream or fresh fruit.
