Step 1

Preheat a sandwich press or a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Cook sausages until heated through and slightly charred, turning. Set aside.

Step 3

Add veggie ham to the pan and cook until lightly charred, turning once. Set aside.

Step 4

Meanwhile, spread both halves of your buns or bread with mustard. Layer with swiss cheese, sausage, ham and pickles.

Step 5

Close sandwiches and spread butter all over the outside of the buns. Cook on your sandwich press or skillet, for about 5 minutes, or until outside of the bun is golden brown, and cheese is melted, flipping once.

Step 6

Slice and serve with chips.
