Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

Form into small balls, about 1-inch in size.
Step 3
Place on a foil-lined baking pan lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees until cooked through and browned, about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cream Cheese Sausage Balls may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen. When ready to serve, thaw {if frozen} and reheat in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes.

For extra kick, add about 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno.
Step 6
For mild Cream Cheese Sausage Balls, use mild sausage instead of hot.
