Coffee Mug Cake Yield: 1 Serving Prep time: 3 minutes Cook time: 1-2 minutes 1 Tsp Tim Hortons® Light Roast Instant Coffee 3 Tbsp all purpose flour 2 ½ Tbsp granulated sugar 2 Tbsp milk 1 Tbsp melted butter ¼ Tsp vanilla extract ¼ Tsp baking powder 1 Pinch Salt Microwave the milk for 20 seconds, or until warm Add the Tim Hortons® Light Roast Instant Coffee to the milk, and stir until dissolved Add the remaining ingredients to the mug, and mix until a smooth batter forms Microwave the mug for 1 minute, or until cooked through Enjoy! You can substitute Tim Hortons® Premium Light Roast Instant coffee with any of our Premium Instant coffee flavours Tip: Serve with ice cream and caramel sauce.

Coffee Mocha Overnight Oats Yield: 2 Servings Prep time: 3 minutes Refrigeration time: 6-8 hours 1 Tsp Tim Hortons® Dark Roast Instant Coffee 2 Tbsp hot water ½ Cup milk ¾ Cup rolled oats 1 Tbsp maple syrup 1 Tsp cocoa powder 1 Pinch salt Mix the Tim Hortons® Dark Roast Instant coffee and hot water until coffee has dissolved. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and coffee mixture Divide the oats into two bowls or jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight Enjoy!
