Step 1

Soak raw cashews for at least 6 hours.

Step 2

Drain the cashews and place them in a high-speed blender jug.

Step 3

Add tahini, capers, water, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 4

Blend at high speed for 2 to 3 minutes, or until you get a creamy texture. You can add more water to fix the consistency.

Step 5

Once done, pour the dressing onto your salad and store the rest into a mason jar.
