Name: Whipped Cream Dispenser Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold); 2 tablespoons powdered sugar; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

This is my &quot;go-to&quot; whipped cream dispenser recipe for my Isi canister.  It&#039;s so easy you can&#039;t go wrong!  Unless you don&#039;t get a good seal on it like me in this video

Whipped Cream Dispenser Recipe

heavy whipping cream (cold)

sugar

vanilla extract

Combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Pour cream mixture into whipping cream dispenser and screw on top.

Screw on decorating nozzle.

Place N2O canister into cap and twist onto lid quickly and tightly.

Shake, point nozzle down, and gently squeeze handle.

We have been vegan for 7 years and I have had my isi whipper for decades. I used to use it all the time pre-vegan. Today it dawned on me to try it with the Violife professional "Just like Heavy Whipping Cream" which is made from plants.  I have used the Violife in the traditional way and it whips up beautifully in my stand mixer.  It worked in the isi whipper! I did have to shake it a bit more to get it firmed up and I did use 1 tablespoon of vanilla along with powdered sugar (60 grams) which may be too much for others. As you say, use the starting amount from your recipe and go from there.

I thought we might cut some of the goofs out, but ... what the heck!  We had so much fun taping this and THINGS happen!!!  So why not just leave it in.  Who knows... maybe you'll have some of these mishaps too.  Lol 

I really do love this dispenser.  It can be a real-life saver when you need whipped cream on the FLY!  It's easy, fast, and sooooo much FUN!
