Here's how to make a beet smoothie, full of sweet flavor and vivid color! This healthy puree is loaded with nutrients and fruit.

Easy Beet Smoothie

raw beet (about 2/3 cup peeled and diced)

green apple

banana

pineapple

water

ice cubes

Peel the raw beet, then dice it (be careful of the beet juice, as it stains!).

Chop the apple, leaving the skin on. Break the banana into pieces.

Add the beet, apple, banana, frozen pineapple, water, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Eat immediately or store 1 day in a sealed jar; if it separates, shake to re-integrate it.

carrots (ends trimmed,

orange (juiced)

ginger

Blend the Ingredients

Place all ingredients in the pitcher of a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Use the tamper if needed.

Serve

Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy right away, or chill in the fridge to enjoy later.

A vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothie made with detoxifying beetroot and fresh fruit. Subtly sweet, perfectly tart, and ready with just 1 blender, 3 ingredients, and 5 minutes.

Detoxifying Beet & Berry Smoothie

+ chopped raw beet ((organic when possible))

banana ((optional // peeled + sliced))

apple juice

mint coconut ((for garnish // optional))

Add beet, strawberries, banana (optional for sweetness) and apple juice to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.

Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more banana for sweetness, apple juice to thin, or strawberries for a more intense fruit flavor.

Divide between two serving glasses and enjoy. Optional: Garnish with banana slices, fresh mint, and/or shredded coconut. Best when fresh, though leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays or popsicle molds for an afternoon pick-me-up.

Vibrant Mango Beet Smoothie (Antioxidant-Packed!)

mango

raspberries ((or sub mixed berries))

beet* ((or sub more carrot))

small carrot, chopped ((1 small carrot yields ~1/4 cup))

(2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeling optional

spinach

Tbsp lime juice ((1 small lime yields ~2 Tbsp

mint

water ((or sub coconut water

Add all ingredients (starting with the lesser amount of water) to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If it has trouble blending, add more water.

Taste and adjust as needed, adding more mango for sweetness or lime juice for brightness!

Best when fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or frozen into ice cube or popsicle molds and stored in the freezer for 1 month.

Vibrant Mango Beet Smoothie | Minimalist Baker Recipes

This delicious vegan beet smoothie is easy to make with simple ingredients, high in protein and packed with nutrition. Enjoy this bright and beautiful creamy blend any time you need a boost in energy.

Beet Orange Smoothie

zucchini

navel orange (100 g)

a frozen banana, optional,

Add the milk to a high-speed blender then add the rest of the ingredients.

Start blending on low then slowly increase speed, continuing to blend until it&#8217;s completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop a few times to mix it. Give it a bit longer than you think it needs to allow all the flavours to mix together and the beet to completely mix in. If needed, add a little additional milk to adjust the thickness to your liking.

This was good! I've never added anything but spinach for veggies to a smoothie before so I was unsure but the beets were great and blended right in. I used vanilla Vega protein and followed all the amounts pretty much exactly, except I used fresh orange instead of frozen.

I really like this and have made it a few times with different protein powders, but I feel like it needs a little extra something to really bring it over the top, maybe a little bit of ginger, basil, or lemon? Such great simple ingredients. It keeps at least 2 days in the fridge so is great for meal prepping.  I've made it with both raw and canned beets, fyi for anyone out there googling.

Blueberry Beet Smoothie. Sweet, creamy, and packed with fiber, protein, and antioxidants! This healthy breakfast smoothie is perfect for weightloss or for kids. Delicious, fruity, and the beets aren't too strong.

Beet Smoothie

blueberries

beet (peeled and diced (about 8 ounces))

Greek yogurt (use non-dairy yogurt to make vegan)

honey (plus additional

Optional mix-ins: chia seeds

Place the almond milk, blueberries, beet, pineapple, and Greek yogurt in a high speed blender such as a Vitamix (if you do not have a high speed blender, I’d suggest microwaving, roasting, or lightly steaming the beets before using so that they are softer and puree more smoothly).

Blend until smooth. Taste and if you desire a sweeter smoothie, add a little honey or date and blend again. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.

Combine the beets, ginger, orange juice, and water in a blender and blend until very smooth, with no visible pieces of beet or ginger remaining. Add in the frozen strawberries and banana, and blend until smooth. Serve right away

If you&#039;re using a high-speed blender, like the Vitamix, you can just add everything to the blender and blend it all together. It should break it down into a slushy texture effortlessly.

This smoothie has the best taste and texture when you serve it right away, but you can save leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. (I also like to freeze leftover smoothie in popsicle molds for a cool treat later!)

pomegranate seeds

plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened (i.e., soy, oat, almond)

Remove beet greens from beet root and coarsely chop the greens. Add greens to the container of a blender. 

Scrub beet root with a vegetable brush and quarter (do not peel). Add to the blender container.

Add pomegranate seeds or berries to the blender container.

Add plant-based milk, flax seeds, and maple syrup to blender container.

Process on high until very smooth (about 2-3 minutes). 

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy! Makes 2 (2 cups each) smoothies.
