Blackstone Griddle Birria Tacos includes a recipe for both beef and chicken birria to make these delicious, authentic birria tacos

Remove some of the broth liquid from the birria meat with a spoon or put the meat in a colander with a bowl under it and press so the broth goes in the bowl (this works best if the meat is warm).

Put the ingredients on a tray and head to your outdoor cooking space. Preheat the Blackstone to medium heat.Note: I had uncooked flour tortillas so I cooked those on the griddle for a minute per side first. If your tortillas are cooked just skip this step.

Dip a few tortillas, both sides, in the birria broth, add some oil to the griddle and place the tortillas on the griddle, flip after 30 seconds and fill one side of each tortilla with some cheese, some of the birria meat, cilantro and more cheese. Use hibachi spatulas to fold the empty side over the filled side and press slightly so it stays closed.

Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side depending on how crispy you want them. Repeat with remaining tacos.

Serve the tacos with more of the birria broth on the side for dipping and optional toppings such as lime, hot sauce, sweet pickled red onions.

Teriyaki Steak Fried Rice On The Blackstone is the perfect weeknight dinner! Easy to make and the marinade makes for amazing flavor on the steak! Make on the Blackstone to keep the kitchen clean and quick clean up!  Use frozen carrots and peas with a rice cooker for an easy dinner the whole family will eat! Cook this hibachi-style outside and look like a professional chef!

Teriyaki Steak Fried Rice On The Blackstone

Cups Cooked White Rice

Ounce Frozen Peas And Carrots

Salt

Pepper

Soy Sauce

Garlic

Pounds Trimmed Petite Sirloin

Montreal Steak Seasoning

Yoshida Teriyaki

Teriyaki Marinade

Worcestershire sauce

In a container combine your Sesame Seeds, Yoshida Teriyaki, Teriyaki Marinade, and Worcestershire Sauce.

Dice your steak into small pieces, I did trim off some of the excess fat that was on mine.

Add your steaks into your container of the marinade and store overnight if possible, if not at least a couple of hours.

A couple of hours before you are ready to make your fried rice cook your white rice. This can also be done the night before cook up your white rice. I make my white rice in a rice cooker.

After your rice is cooked, spread the rice out on a cookie sheet to allow it to dry out some after it is done cooking. Allow to dry out for about an hour or two before making the fried rice.

Remove your steak from the fridge and allow it to set out at room temperature for a bit while you begin the rest of the prep.

Whisk your eggs in a bowl and add just a splash of water, the water helps them to be a bit fluffier. Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture.

Fire up your Blackstone griddle and re-oil it down if needed. I keep mine ready to go at all times so all I have to do is turn it on and re-oil it a little bit.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the steak from your sauce mixture when the griddle is at cooking temperature

Once your steak is beginning to cook spread your rice out on the middle of the griddle and add in the frozen vegetables and minced garlic.

Use a spatula and allow both to cook on the griddle while stirring/moving around occasionally.

Pour your eggs onto the other side of the griddle to cook, if your griddle looks dry squirt on a bit more vegetable oil. The eggs will get chopped up kinda like scrambled eggs while cooking.

Drizzle the rice with some soy sauce and allow to cook while the eggs and chicken continue to cook.

When your eggs are partially cooked but still running combine the eggs with the rice and vegetables.

Combine the steak with the rice and allow to cook a little bit more.

Serve and enjoy!!

Making Hibachi on the Blackstone is my new favorite dinner! It&#039;s really three recipes in one - delicious fried rice, loads of teriyaki veggies and - of course - Hibachi shrimp &amp; chicken!

Hibachi on the Blackstone

white rice (2.5 cups dry = 8 cups cooked)

shrimp (raw, peeled & deveined)

lb chicken breast (pound thin with meat mallet)

carrots (sliced)

yellow onion (large dice)

broccoli florets

zucchini (bite size pieces)

mushrooms

eggs

canola oil

garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

Soy sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

tbsp salted butter (softened)

garlic

DAY BEFORE: Cook rice according to package directions

Once rice is cooked, fluff to separate the granules as much as possible. Then, transfer to a rimmed baking sheet. Refrigerate overnight so it dries out a bit. You can lightly cover with plastic wrap but don’t seal tightly.

To make Garlic Butter: In a medium bowl, mix together softened butter and minced garlic and mix well. Set aside. (Quick way to soften butter: 50% at 30 seconds)

Haul everything out to the Blackstone! Turn entire griddle to medium high heat. (I have a bar cart to hold all of my tools, oils, cleaning supplies.)

On right side of griddle, lower heat to medium-low and add silicone ring to griddle. Add 1 tsp of garlic butter inside ring. Once butter is melted, crack eggs into ring and lightly scramble beaten eggs. Remove ring and scoop eggs together and move to outer edge of griddle (it’s cooler there) or a plate off the griddle. If you don't have a silicone ring - I recommend placing one of your spatulas at the back so the eggs dont run off.

Add 2 tbsp canola oil (squirt bottle) to middle of griddle. Add broccoli, zucchini, onion, carrots and mushrooms to griddle. Saute until softened and starting to brown, about 5-7 minutes. Add 2 tsp garlic butter and 1-2 tbsp Teriyaki to veggies and toss. Scoop veggies together and move to the right side of the griddle.

On left, add cooked rice, healthy squirt of canola oil, sprinkle of salt and pepper and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix it well so it gets coated. Add in 4 tbsp garlic butter. Using spatulas, toss rice so that it is thoroughly coated in the garlic butter. Add eggs to rice and combine.

Press the rice into the griddle with large spatula so it has a chance to brown and get a little crispy. Keep tossing and pressing until the rice is done to your liking – about 5 minutes. Push rice to right side and turn burner down on right to low.

One the left side, add squirt of oil. Place chicken breasts on griddle. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Sprinkle over rice & veggies too. Cook 2 min. Turn chicken and cook 2 min more. Using a knife and fork, slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Add shrimp onto griddle and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat for 2-3 minutes per side of shrimp. Add remaining butter, shake of soy sauce and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce to chicken and shrimp. Toss until cooked.

Serve rice onto four plates and top with veggies and finally chicken and shrimp. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with a side of yum yum sauce and fresh ginger.

Blackstone Bang Bang Ramen Noodles is an easy griddle recipe, stir fried ramen noodles with an easy to make homemade bang bang sauce

Blackstone Bang Bang Ramen Noodles

ramen noodles (any flavor, discard flavor pack)

Japanense mayo

sweet Thai chili sauce

sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)

onion (diced)

garlic (minced)

kosher salt, pepper

Boil the ramen noodles according to package directions (do not add flavor packet). Drain and rinse the noodles very well with cold water so they don&#39;t get mushy.

Put the mayo, sweet chili sauce. and sriracha in a bowl. Stir until combined.

Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice and the onion. Cook 1 to 2 minutes and then add the garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and cooked noodles.

Cook the noodles on the griddle for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring and flipping with hibachi spatulas.

Add half of the bang bang sauce and cook 3 to 4 more minutes. Add the green onions and lemon juice, cook 1 to 2 more minutes.

Toss with the remaining bang bang sauce right before serving.

Hibachi Steak and Veggies is cooked on a hibachi griddle and tastes just like at the Japanese steakhouse, it&#039;s even served with yum yum sauce

Hibachi Steak and Veggies

Tbsps soy sauce

garlic paste garlic

Tbsps ginger paste ginger

Tbsps sesame oil

oz mushrooms (sliced)

zucchini (sliced)

onion (sliced)

Tbsp butter

Tbsp sesame seeds

store bought yum yum sauce

Cut the steak into bite size pieces and place in a container or plastic bag. Add 1 Tbsp of the soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of the garlic, and 1 Tbsp of the ginger. Stir until evenly combined and marinate for an hour.

Preheat a hibachi griddle or large skillet to medium high. Add 1 Tbsp of the sesame oil and the mushrooms, zucchini, and onions. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring a few times.

Add the remaining 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp garlic, 1 Tbsp ginger, butter and sesame seeds to the veggies.

Move the veggies to one side of the griddle or skillet and add the remaining 1 Tbsp sesame oil and the steak on the other side. Continue cooking the veggies and steak for 3 to 4 more minutes, stirring and flipping throughout.

Serve the steak and veggies with yum yum sauce for dipping.

Blackstone Peanut Chicken Lettuce Wraps is a light and healthy griddle recipe full of flavor, ready in just minutes on the Blackstone!

Blackstone Peanut Chicken Lettuce Wraps

bell pepper (diced)

carrot (shredded)

peanut butter

hoisin sauce

soy sauce

honey

Optional toppings: sriracha, chopped peanuts, green onions, lime wedges

Preheat the griddle over medium heat for a few minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice along with the diced onion, red or green pepper, and shredded carrot. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, mixing with hibachi spatulas.

Add the ground chicken, garlic, ginger, peanut butter, hoisin, soy sauce, and honey. Cook 4 to 5 more minutes, mixing with hibachi spatulas and breaking apart the chicken.

Remove from the griddle and let cool slightly and fill the lettuce leaves with the chicken mixture. Top with chopped peanuts, green onions, lime wedges to squeeze over top, and/or Sriracha if desired.

This incredibly flavorful Mushroom Swiss Burger is made on the griddle and tastes incredible! Very flexible, so switch things up to fit your family&#039;s preferecnes!

Preheat your griddle over medium-high heat.

Gently form your patties. This makes 6 - 1/2 pound patties, or 12 - 1/4 pound patties if you want double cheeseburgers. Season all the patties on both sides with your SPG.

Put the seasoned patties onto your preheated griddle. Next add the butter to another part of the griddle and put your sliced mushrooms down in a single layer. Brown the mushrooms on both sides, and then scootch them into a pile.

Flip the burgers once they have developed a nice crust on the one side. Let brown and finish cooking on the second side. Top with cheese.

Add the garlic to the mushrooms and and sauté. Finish the mushrooms by adding the worcestershire and A1 and stirring. Add the mushrooms on top of the cheese.

Top the mushrooms with another slice of swiss cheese, and turn the griddle down to low. Cover, and let the cheese melt over the mushrooms.

Toast the buns while all this is happening by spreading on a light coat of mayo and then toasting on the griddle.

Serve hot.
