Prepared in a tasty yogurt marinade, these chicken kebabs are juicy, tender, and loaded with irresistible flavors. Infused in a Middle Eastern spice blend, these kebabs make for an easy and healthy dinner, prepared easily on the grill or in the oven. 

Easy Marinated Chicken Kebabs

chicken

garlic turmeric rice (or any other sides

Combine all marinade ingredients in a large container or food storage bag. Add chicken, red onion, and bell peppers, and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (or 230°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil or any broiler-safe material.

Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, and bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown, flipping the skewers halfway through.

Optional - switch the oven to broil for about 2-3 minutes for a lightly charred finish. Garnish with parsley and/or lemon wedges as desired and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Chicken Tikka Kebab is a delicious appetizer that is packed with flavor. It starts with chicken pieces marinated in yogurt along with lime juice and aromatic spices, then threaded onto skewers and cooked to create a delicious appetizer. Make it in the air fryer or oven to serve at the gathering, or include it into your meal prep for the week! 

Chicken Tikka Kebab

lb Chicken thighs (boneless skinless, cut into 1.5-2 inch cubes)

Red Onion (cut into 2 inch cubes, layers separated)

Green Bell Pepper (cut into 2 inch cubes)

Red Bell Pepper (cut into 2 inch cubes)

Lime wedges (to garnish)

Onion rounds (to garnish)

Yogurt (greek (also called hung curd))

tbsp Ginger (grated)

tbsp Garlic (minced)

Lime juice

tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (mild, adjust to taste)

tsp Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)

tsp Garam Masala

Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)

tbsp Dried Fenugreek leaves (Kasoori Methi)

Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and mix well. Add chicken and coat on each side with the marinade. Let it rest for anywhere between 30 minutes to 8 hours in the refrigerator.

When ready to cook, add the oil, onions, green and red bell pepper to the marinade. Mix well. 

Thread the marinated chicken, peppers and onions in the skewers altenating between each.

Brush the CrispLid fryer basket with oil. Lightly brush the skewers on all sides with oil and place in the basket. Do not overcrowd, work in batches as needed. 

Set CrispLid trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker and set fryer basket on top of trivet. Set CrispLid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 400°F and cook for 8 minutes. Flip and cook until lightly charred about 7 minutes more.

Serve warm with lime wedges and onion rounds, along with mint cilantro chutney to dip. 

Pressure Cooker CrispLid Method:

Lightly grease the air fryer basket.

Arrange the chicken sticks in airfryer Cook at 180 degrees or 360F for 10 minutes.

Turn the chicken sticks and cook for 7 more minutes, then serve.

AirFryer Method:

Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper or foil.

Place a rack over top.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the skewers on the rack, then bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is well cooked.

Turn on your oven&#x27;s broiler and broil the Tikka Kebabs for about 5 minutes to get the char marks.

Oven Method:

Summer squash and chicken kebabs flavored with a homemade, easy-to-make chimichurri sauce.&nbsp;

Summer Squash Chicken Kebabs with Chimichurri Sauce

cilantro ((about 1 cup))

parsley

shallot (roughly chopped (about 1/2 cup once sliced))

garlic cloves

extra virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

TB lime juice

tsp salt

tsp red pepper flakes

tsp black pepper

chicken breasts

zucchini

yellow squash

onion

food processor

medium bowl (or plastic bag)

skewers (*)

grill

Pulse the cilantro, parsley, shallot, and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.

Remove the herb mixture from the food processor. Whisk in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and pepper.

Set a 1/3 of the sauce aside for a marinade, refrigerate the rest of the sauce for later.

For the Chimichurri Sauce:

Cut the chicken breasts into 1” cubes and place the cubes in a medium-size bowl or plastic bag. Add a ⅓ of the chimichurri sauce and mix until the chicken is completely covered. Cover the bowl (or close the bag) and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-4 hours.

If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20-30 minutes before using.

Heat the grill on medium-high heat.&nbsp;

When the chicken is finished marinating, remove it from the bag or bowl and discard the excess marinade.&nbsp;Alternate the chicken, zucchini, squash, and onion on the skewers, then spoon 1 tablespoon of chimichurri sauce over each kebab.

Grill until the chicken is cooked through and veggies are soft, about 12 to 15 minutes, turning once during this time.&nbsp;

Serve warm with the remainder of the chimichurri sauce (also delicious spooned over rice or quinoa).

For the Kebabs:

Garlic + Ginger Chicken and Veggie Kebabs

tbsp. grated ginger

tbsp. crushed garlic

1.25 lbs boneless (skinless chicken breast,

bell peppers

metal skewers

In a large bowl combine ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, avocado oil, and black pepper.

Add chicken and veggies to bowl, making sure all of the ingredients are soaking in the marinade, and marinate in your fridge anywhere between 2-24 hours (the longer the better).

Once you are ready to cook your kebabs, skewer your ingredients alternating between chicken, peppers, and onions. Repeat until you have 4-5 chunks of chicken on each skewer (you should have 4 skewers total).

Heat your grill over a medium heat and coat with a bit of oil so nothing sticks (I like avocado oil).

Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side or until chicken and veggies are cooked through. Serve and enjoy.

Healthy Chicken Kebabs Summer Menu

Chicken pieces are soaked in a simple, flavorful, sweet and tangy marinade then threaded onto skewers along with fresh pineapple and colorful peppers and onions. Amazingly delicious and the perfect summertime dinner! 

Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs

ketchup

dark brown sugar

pineapple juice

Tbsp olive oil (, divided, plus more for brushing grill)

Tbsp rice vinegar

garlic (, minced (4 tsp))

Tbsp minced ginger

tsp sesame oil

Salt and black pepper

In a mixing bowl whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Stir in 3/4 tsp pepper and season with salt if desired.

&nbsp;Place chicken in a gallon size resealable bag. Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade in refrigerator then pour remaining marinade over chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate 1 hour (meanwhile soak 10 wooden skewer sticks in water for 1 hour).

Preheat a grill over medium heat to 400°F (200°C). Meanwhile, drizzle remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil over red onion, bell pepper and pineapple and toss. Season red onion and bell pepper with salt and pepper, then thread red onion, bell pepper, pineapple and chicken onto skewers until all of the chicken has been used.&nbsp;

Brush grill grates with olive oil then place skewers on grill. Grill 5 minutes then brush along tops with 1/4 cup of remaining marinade. Rotate to opposite side and brush remaining 1/4 cup of marinade on opposite side.&nbsp;

Allow to grill about 4 minutes longer, or until chicken registers 165°F (75°C) in center on an instant read thermometer. Serve warm.

Super satisfying Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs made with bright pineapple, red onion, bell pepper and the most delicious flavor packed, marinated chicken. After soaking up the seasoning of the marinade they're perfectly grilled for a light char to get that final flavor enhancement.

These easy and delicious BBQ Chicken Kebabs combine chicken, pineapple, onion, and BBQ sauce for a fresh and easy summer BBQ main dish.

BBQ Chicken Kebabs

Burman's Original BBQ Sauce (0.21)

Cut the red onions into 1-inch squares. Place the red onion in a bowl, drizzle with 1 Tbsp cooking oil, and toss to coat.

Cut the pineapple into 1-inch cubes.

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes, then place the chicken pieces in a bowl. Drizzle 1 Tbsp cooking oil on top, then add the smoked paprika, sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken until it is well coated in oil and spices.

Build your kebabs by adding pineapple, onion, and chicken to skewers, alternating as you go. I got ten skewers, but the yield will vary depending on the length of your skewers and size of your pieces.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium. Once hot, add the kebabs and cook for a few minutes on each side.

When the kebabs are almost cooked through, brush them on all sides with BBQ Sauce. Cook the chicken kebabs for a minute or two more on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the BBQ sauce is slightly caramelized.

Sprinkle the sliced green onions over top just before serving.

Sticky chicken kebabs with soy honey marinade are juicy, delicious and the perfect easy lunch or dinner recipe.

Sticky Soy Honey Chicken Kebabs

500 g (1lb) chicken (cubed

tbsp oil

tsp crushed garlic

tsp crushed ginger

Slice the chicken into chunks and place in a large bowl.

Whisk together the oil, soy, honey, ginger, garlic and lemon juice.

Pour over the chicken then mix to combine. Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes but up to 24 hours overnight in the fridge. 

Soak bamboo skewers while the chicken marinates in boiling water or use metal skewers. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and brush with the remaining marinade. 

Cook the chicken on a hot grill or grill pan for 3-4 minutes per side until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Remove from the heat, allow to rest for 5 minutes then scatter with chopped spring onion (optional) and serve. 

A cool cucumber salad offsets these cayenne and paprika-packed chicken kebabs.

Grilled Spiced Chicken Skewers with Cucumber Salad

lb. chicken tenders

Plain Greek yogurt and lime wedges,

Heat grill to medium-high. Cut chicken tenders into thirds. Toss with canola oil, curry powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt and black pepper. Thread onto metal skewers. Grill, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Grill 2 pieces naan until warm and toasted, 1 to 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, toss together cucumber, scallions, mint, olive oil, fresh lime juice, and garlic. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Serve with plain Greek yogurt and lime wedge alongside.

Greek Chicken Kabobs Recipe

In a large ziploc bag, place chicken, yogurt, greek dressing, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and oregano. Zip and mix with your hands. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

If you are using wooden skewers, soak them water for up to 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.

After meat has marinated, slide alternating pieces of meat, onion, and green pepper onto skewers. Heat grill to medium-high heat and grill for 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
