Preheat your oven to 350. If using a pie crust, please have this already made and ready to go.

In a mixing bowl, blend together the sugar alternative, pumpkin spice, egg and pumpkin puree. Then&nbsp;Stir in the half an half and vanilla extract.

Pour this into your pie crust and bake for bake for 25-30 minutes. Tip: place a cookie sheet in the oven before you preheat it. Baking this pie on a baking sheet will help keep the crust from getting soggy.

The sugar free version of the classic cereal treat recipe. This can be made gluten free and low carb as well.

How to Make Sugar Free Rice Krispie Treats

tbs Butter

Sugar Free Marshmallows (2 bags or 1 homemade batch)

Rice Krispie Cereal (see post for alternatives)

Prep a 6 X 6, or similar sized, pan for nonstick. I use parchment paper or wax paper as these make the end product easier to serve and clean up a lot easier.

Once your baking dish has been prepped, use a sauce pan on low heat to melt your butter. Once the butter has melted you can stir in the marshmallows.

When the marshmallow have been completely melted into the butter, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cereal and optional vanilla. Then press the mixture into the prepped pan from the first step. Tip:use a well greased rubber spatula to press your mixture. Allow to cool and cut into squares.

Bacony Brussels Sprouts Recipe

turkey bacon,

garlic,

Spanish onion,

chicken broth

Brussels sprouts,

unsalted butter

Pecorino Romano cheese, finely grated (about 1/4 cup)

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat.

Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon in a large, deep, non-stick pan over medium heat until browned and the fat is rendered, about 7 minutes.

Add the garlic and onion to the pan with the bacon and cook until softened but not browned, about 4 minutes. Add the chicken broth, increase the heat to high and bring to a boil. Let the broth boil until it is reduced by about two thirds, about 7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling water. Boil until tender when pierced with a knife, 6 to 7 minutes. Drain the sprouts and add them to the pan with the bacon mixture. Add the butter and Pecorino Romano and stir over medium-high heat until the butter and cheese melt and the flavors are incorporated. Serve the Brussels sprouts family style from the center of the table or a buffet.

Place rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk together flours, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Combine butter, oil and sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix on high speed, scraping down sides if necessary, until sugars have dissolved and mixture is light in color, about 1 minute. Add egg, carrot puree and vanilla and beat an additional 30 seconds. Add flour mixture and beat an additional 30 seconds. Add oats, flakes, raisins and walnuts and mix over low speed just until incorporated. Dough will be slightly sticky and less cohesive than traditional cookie dough. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using between 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter, form a ball and place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining batter, leaving about 3 inches between cookies. Wet hands and use palm of hand to flatten cookies until about 1/4-inch thick. Bake for 12 minutes, until cookies are fragrant but still soft. Let cookies cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Preheat the broiler. Put the chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper and pound with a mallet or hammer so the chicken is an even thickness of about 3/4-inch, then cut the chicken crosswise into 1/2-inch strips. In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce and the oil, add chicken and toss until the chicken is well coated. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and broil until it is cooked through, about 4 to 6 minutes, turning once.

In a large bowl combine the Romaine, celery, shredded carrots and scallions. Toss with the dressing. Divide the greens between 4 plates, top with the chicken. Serve with extra hot sauce.

Fold a full sheet of paper towel into quarters and put it into a small bowl. Spoon the yogurt onto the paper towel and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to drain and thicken. In a medium bowl, whisk the buttermilk and thickened yogurt into the mayonnaise until smooth. Add the vinegar and sugar and continue to whisk until all the ingredients are well combined. Stir in the blue cheese and season, to taste, with salt and pepper.

Prepare all ingredients

Start preparing all of the ingredients. Have your eggs at room temperature and separate egg whites and yolks. Sweetener is best to have powdered for baking as it melts much easier. If you have made our recipes, prepare jam and powder, and make the frosting if you have not. At the same time, heat your oven to 160 Celsius or 320 Fahrenheit. 

Whisk Egg Whites and Egg Yolks

Using your kitchen machine, place egg whites into the bowl and mix until fluffy. Place the bowl aside. Using a second bowl, add egg yolks together with sweetener and whisk. 

Once you whisk your egg yolks, scoop in the egg whites into the bowl and mix on low until combined.

Add the rest of the Ingredients

Add all other ingredients using a spoon while your machine keeps whisking them. 

Pour and Bake

Once your cake batter is thoroughly combined, pour it onto the large cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 

Spread Jam

Make sure your sheet cake is thoroughly cooled before going into the next steps. Make small holes throughout the cake using the back of the spatula or wooden stick. This will help your jam to get directly into the cake to add more moisture and flavor.  Once your holes are all made, cut your sheet cake into half and spread half of the strawberry jam on one half of the cake. Place the other half of the top of the cake to form two layers. 

Extra Jam and Frosting

Spread the rest of the jam on top of the second layer of the cake. On top of that goes meringue frosting. You can either spread it with a spatula or fill our icing bag and frost it. 

Strawberry Powder

Lastly comes our strawberry Powder. Place powder into the sieve or bigger tea sieve, as I have done, and gently powder your whole cake with dehydrated strawberry powder.

Chicken with Garlic and Spring Onion Cream

Nonstick cooking spray

lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 3/8" thickness

lemon juice

Tablespoon (1 capful) Stacey Hawkins Garlic and Spring Onion Seasoning

Tablespoons low-fat cream cheese

Tablespoons butter

Pound chicken into 3/8&quot; thickness. The easiest way to do this is to place one breast in a large plastic bag and hit with the back of a small frying pan. Be careful to do this on a cutting board, or other safe surface. You do not want to crack your countertops!

Spray a large, nonstick pan with cooking spray and place the pan over medium-high heat.

Season each chicken breast with a pinch of Dash of Desperation Seasoning. When the pan is hot, place chicken in the pan.

Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes one one side then flip to the other side. Cook an additional 5 minutes more.

Add the broth, lemon juice and Garlic and Spring Onion to the pan. Stir well to combine. Using a spatula, scrape all the yummy brown bits off the bottom of the pan.
