Cranberry Fluff

cranberries (or frozen)

oranges (zested, peeled and finely diced)

8-oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)

heavy whipping cream

Add the cranberries to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until they are coarsely chopped.

Zest the oranges, then cut away the pith and dice into small pieces.

Pour the cranberries and oranges with the zest into a large bowl and stir in the sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, then drain off all but ½ cup of the juice.

With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently stir the cream cheese mixture into the cranberry mixture. Fold in the marshmallows, then cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

To serve, spoon into dessert bowls and sprinkle with pecans, if desired.

Cherry Salad Recipe (Pink Fluff)

(21 oz) cherry pie filling

(14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

(20 oz) crushed pineapple (drained well)

Roughly chop the pecans. Drain the pineapple juice from the crushed pinapple.

In a large bowl, stir together cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk and pineapple.

Fold in the marshmallows, whipped topping and pecans.

Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Overnight is fine. The dish will keep, refrigerated, for 2-3 days.

C Blackberries

C Pineapple tidbits

C Mini marshmallows

C Shredded coconut (sweetened)

C Walnuts (chopped)

Lime (zested)

C Cool Whip

C Lime yogurt

Add blackberries, pineapple, marshmallows, coconut, walnuts, and lime zest to a large mixing bowl and stir gently to avoid bursting the berries.

In a small bowl, mix together the Cool Whip and yogurt.&nbsp; Add to your salad.&nbsp; Again, tossing gently.

Top with extra Cool Whip and lime zest to garnish.

When I think of ambrosia, I always think of my paternal grandmother. She hosted elaborate holiday meals, but something she had made ahead of time ALWAYS got left in “the icebox.” I remember the last meal we had together was particularly delicious; everyone was stuffed. We had begun to clear the table, return bowls and platters to the kitchen. She hollers, “Everybody come back to the table! I forgot to serve the ambrosia.” There it sat, colorful, covered in coconut. I honestly could not have eaten a solitary bite. But I still remember how cool and refreshing it looked.

This Oreo Cheesecake Dessert can be eaten with a spoon or used as a sweet dip recipe! It&#039;s lower in calories, and has less fat and more protein than a regular recipe!

Protein Oreo Cheesecake Dessert

(241 grams) nonfat plain greek yogurt

instant sugar-free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix

(86 grams) sugar-free Cool Whip

Oreo Thins

Stir together the yogurt and pudding mix (just the dry mix, not actual pudding) until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip, then stir in the crushed cookies. Chill until ready to serve or eat.

You can eat this with a spoon as a sweet evening treat, or use it as a sweet dip for fruit or pretzels.

Very good! Next time I may use a bit more of the cheesecake pudding mix and a tad less yogurt and make up for it with a bit more cool whip, as personally the yogurt taste was a just a bit strong for me but still really good. I think it’ll be perfect for me once I make those tweaks. My husband loved it. Can’t wait to make again! Thanks!

box Raspberry Jell-O (6 ounces box)

Water

Blueberry Pie Filling

can Crushed Pineapple (20 oz can, drained)

oz Cream Cheese (softened)

Drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly.

Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in ONE cup of hot water.

In a large bowl, stir together the drained crushed pineapple and the blueberry pie filling.

Stir the jello mixture into the blueberry filling, then pour into your baking dish and chill in fridge until firm.

Blueberry Layer

Allow the cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing.

Use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until it is smooth and creamy.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chilled blueberry layer.

Garnish with chopped pecans or fresh blueberries, then chill the dessert until set.
