Banana Egg Oat Pancakes

Mash the banana with a fork. Whisk in the eggs, oats, salt and cinnamon until smooth. Add the peanut butter and swirl into the batter.

Heat a tablespoon or so of coconut oil/butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for about 2 minutes, until set. You’ll want to make sure the heat isn’t too high so they don’t burn. (Add a few chocolate chips if you like!) Cook on the other side for another 30 seconds.

Serve with bananas and maple syrup. Enjoy!

Calling all banana lovers to these low fat, whole wheat banana nut pancakes, rich in potassium, fiber and flavor – tastes like banana nut bread in a pancake!

Banana Nut Pancakes

whole wheat flour

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

banana (very ripe, mashed)

1% milk

tsp oil

vanilla

tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)

olive oil or butter flavor cooking spray

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Combine milk, egg white, oil, vanilla and mashed bananas in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Combine wet ingredients with the dry and mix well with a spoon until there are no more dry spots. Don't over-mix.

Heat a large skillet on medium heat.

Spray cooking spray to lightly coat and pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter.

When the pancake starts to bubble and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes.

Repeat with the remainder of the batter.

Put the ingredients in a blender and cook; easy, weight-loss friendly pancakes in no time!

Fluffy and Delicious Banana Pancakes Without Milk

Ripe Medium Bananas

Eggs (Whole)

tsp Brown Sugar (I used Muscovado)

tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

tsp Baking Powder

Tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Plain Flour)

Peel and chop the bananas and set them aside; break the eggs in a bowl ensuring it is shell-free and set aside.

In a self-standing blender, put the chopped bananas, eggs, sugar and vanilla and blend well, until a smooth liquid batter is achieved.

Once this is done, add the flour and baking powder and blend well until no knots are there; you will have a rich batter with plenty of air bubbles.

Warm-up a medium-sized frying pan on medium heat and apply a couple of cooking sprays to cover the pan; once this is warm (normally the spray is whitish-yellowish in color when cold and it goes transparent when warm) add the banana pancake batter using a ladle three-quarters full.

Keep the pan on a low to medium flame and allow to cook for two to three minutes (or until the pancakes are nearly done and bubbles have created on the surface) then flip and cook for one more minute (or until ready).

Once all of the homemade pancakes are ready, serve warm them and enjoy!

Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

banana ((about 2 very large bananas))

Greek yogurt (plus 2 tablespoons)

milk (or substitute milk of choice))

honey

baking powder ((I recommend aluminum free))

nutmeg

Preheat

If you&#039;d like to keep the pancakes warm between batches, preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.

Grind

Place the oats in the bottom of a blender. Process a few times to grind. Add the mashed banana, Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. (See notes to make this recipe in a food processor instead.)

Blend

Blend on high speed, stopping to stir a few times as needed, until the batter is very smooth and well combined, about 2 minutes. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Cook

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-low. Brush lightly with olive oil or melt a little butter in the pan. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the hot griddle into the shape of a heart and cook for 3 minutes, until the edges look dry (bubbles may not form on top). Flip and continue to cook for 1 to 2 additional minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding a little more oil to the pan between batches as needed. Transfer the pancakes to the oven to keep warm between batches until ready to serve, if desired. Serve warm with desired toppings.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a medium to large mixing bowl.

In a separate mixing bowl, mash the banana then add in the milk and sweetener and mix together.

Add the banana mixture to the flour and baking powder mixture and fold together until &#8220;just mixed.&#8221; The flour should be completely wetted but still a little lumpy.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray if needed.

Add approx. 1/2 cup portions of the batter to the pan.

Once you&#8217;ve added the pancakes into the pan, spread a few berries on top of each pancake. For double banana goodness, add some sliced banana too.

Cook the pancakes over medium heat until the middle starts to bubble and they look dry and firm around the edges. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until they&#8217;re golden brown on both sides.

Serve right away. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge or frozen and reheated as needed.
