Add some oomph and creamy, rich flavor to your Trifecta salmon with this simple salmon cakes recipe. Then top it all off with a zesty and vibrant chimichurri sauce!

Low Carb Keto Baked Salmon Patties

Trifecta salmon

1.5 Tbsp. Flax seeds, ground

Tsp. avocado oil

onion, small diced, sauteed

fresh parsley, chopped

Tsp. garlic

whole liquid eggs

Salt and pepper

Tbsp. Chimichurri sauce

Spray oil

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Dice onion, and saute it in a saute pan by spraying with spray oil. Cook until translucent, season with salt and cool in the fridge.

Break salmon apart with hands. Transfer to food processor and pulse until a paste-like consistency is formed.

Add the whole liquid eggs, granulated garlic, avocado oil, ground flaxseed, and chopped parsley into the food processor. Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Pulse a few more times to combine. Transfer to a bowl scraping all sides with a spatula.

Form salmon patties into 4.2 oz patties. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet pan. Bake for 15 min. Broil for 5 to make a golden crust.

Make the chimichurri sauce as explained on the recipe.

Divide the mixture into 6 even-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your fingers to flatten each ball into a patty shape. 

Bake for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes under the broiler to give them a nice golden crust.

A lokanta or 'tradesmen's restaurant' is where you can find delicious home-cooked style food in Turkey – such as this healthy, vegan, roasted vegetable stew with butterbeans.

Easy tahini maple cookies that come together in 15 minutes or less. Vegan, gluten-free, oil free and refined sugar free. Mildly sweet and packed with healthy fats.

Maple Tahini Cookies (vegan + gf + oil free)

oat flour

tahini (it should be smooth and runny)

maple syrup

baking powder

vanilla extract

cinnamon

maca powder

In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, tahini and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk to combine until smooth.

Sift in oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon if using and use a spatula to mix.

Mix until a dough forms. It should be moist, not sticky, and easily rollable.

Roll golf ball sized balls of dough and press down into cookie shapes for a softer result.

Bake for approximately 10 min, keeping in mind the cookies will firm up after baking.

LOVE!!! These are sooooo delicious I can't express my love for them enough. I love adding the maca &amp; cinnamon. I loooove making the matcha version of this recipe on here (my fav!), and I've also made them with adding 2 tsp of dragon fruit powder - also delicious. I always have a few batches of these made in the freezer in my stasher bags - they thaw out quickly and perfectly! When I run out, I immediately bake a few batches the next day to refill my stash. I will NEVER get sick of these! My new nickname for Remy should be 'Tahini-kins' because tahini is magical &amp; she is too! Thank you for this!! :)

They tastes soo good. When i tasted the dough it tasted a little bit too much tahini but now that I've tasted them after they'd been in the oven I wish I had added more hahah

I have made these a few times and they are really good. I make double batch and freeze them. I make them for my son's nut-free school snack and he gets excited for them. I use 1/3 cup of maple syrup and I find them to be plenty sweet...

A delicious, creamy avocado sauce recipe flavored with lime, cilantro and parsley.  Easy to make and perfect for salads, sandwiches and dips.

Creamy Avocado Sauce

avocado

limes (juiced)

red wine vinegar

cilantro leaves (loosely packed)

parsley leaves (loosely packed)

onion

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.  Use a spoon to scoop the avocado from the peel and place into a blender. Squeeze limes into the blender and add the onion, cilantro, parsley, oil and vinegar.

Cover with the lid and pulse until smooth and fully combined. If the sauce is too thick for you, add a bit of water to thin it out.  Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.

Satisfy your takeaway cravings at the same time as boosting your omega 3 intake with this simple salmon curry. Sarah likes to serve hers with chips for a treat but rice is easier for midweek meals. 

Salmon curry 

vegetable oil

brown onion, finely chopped

¼ tsp dried chilli flakes

½ tsp fenugreek seeds, toasted and pounded in a pestle and mortar

star anise

cumin seeds

mustard seeds

fennel seeds

4–5 green cardamom pods, seeds removed and ground to a powder in a pestle and mortar

turmeric

tsp garam masala

garlic cloves, crushed

root

tsp sea salt

tin chopped tomatoes

coconut cream

300 milliliters/10fl oz fish stock

salmon fillet, skinned, bones removed and cut into bite-sized pieces

coriander,

sea salt and black pepper

medium–large white floury potatoes, peeled and cut into thick chips

vegetable oil,

Ancient grains, roasted salmon, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and fresh mozzarella with a light lemon dressing.

Mediterranean Grain Bowls with Salmon

(4-ounce) filets fresh salmon, skinned

extra virgin olive oil, divided

salt and ground black pepper

4-ounces feta, crumbled

cherry tomatoes, sliced

½ cups cucumber, sliced

avocado,

Kalamata olives

red onion, thinly sliced

lemon

basil leaves

red pepper flakes and dried oregano leaves

Prepare the ancient grains according to package directions. Allow to cool.

Place salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Place under the broiler and cook 5-7 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

To assemble bowls, spoon the ancient grains into 4 bowls. Place salmon and chunks of feta on top of the quinoa.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, Kalamata olives and red onion on top of feta.

In a small bowl, whisk together remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil, zest and juice of lemon and a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Drizzle dressing over each bowl and top with fresh basil leaves and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes and oregano, and an additional pinch of salt and black pepper.

Curry Chicken Wrap

Bring a bowl of salted water to a boil. Have an ice bath ready

Using a chefs knife, remove the thick stem on the back runnning the knife along it.

Use 2-3 tbsp of the marinade to your veggies and then add your chicken to marinate.

Taste after grilling and adding to mixture and salt and pepper to taste if it needs it

Healthy Chocolate Mousse

avocados ((pitted and skins removed))

cocoa powder ((or cacao powder))

maple syrup ((or more, to taste))

milk of choice ((I used almond milk))

Add all ingredients to your blender, blend, and enjoy! Optional to top with shredded coconut, cacao nibs, granola, or chocolate chips!
