Low Carb Keto Baked Salmon Patties

Trifecta salmon

1.5 Tbsp. Flax seeds, ground

Tsp. avocado oil

onion, small diced, sauteed

fresh parsley, chopped

Tsp. garlic

whole liquid eggs

Salt and pepper

Tbsp. Chimichurri sauce

Spray oil

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Dice onion, and saute it in a saute pan by spraying with spray oil. Cook until translucent, season with salt and cool in the fridge.

Break salmon apart with hands. Transfer to food processor and pulse until a paste-like consistency is formed.

Add the whole liquid eggs, granulated garlic, avocado oil, ground flaxseed, and chopped parsley into the food processor. Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Pulse a few more times to combine. Transfer to a bowl scraping all sides with a spatula.

Form salmon patties into 4.2 oz patties. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet pan. Bake for 15 min. Broil for 5 to make a golden crust.

Make the chimichurri sauce as explained on the recipe.

Divide the mixture into 6 even-sized balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use your fingers to flatten each ball into a patty shape. 

Bake for 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes under the broiler to give them a nice golden crust.

Preheat oven to 375F. Place parchment paper or a silicone mat on a baking sheet. If using parchment paper, spray with oil to avoid sticking.

In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well.

Add the cottage cheese, mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.

Knead in the bowl turning until completely smooth and has the texture of playdoh, about 20 turns.

Divide into 4 equal balls.

Flatten into rounds and transfer to the baking sheet.

Top with egg wash and seasoning. Bake on the top rack of the oven for 22 to 25 minutes.

Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing open.

Preheat the air fryer 280F degrees. Transfer in batches without overcrowding and bake 15 to 16 minutes, or until golden. No need to turn. Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.

Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

In a large baking dish, stir together the egg whites, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweeten to taste.

Place the bread in the egg mixture and let soak for 10 minutes. Flip and let the bread soak another 10 minutes.

Once the bread is ready, spray a griddle (or large pan) with cooking spray and heat to medium heat.

Cook the bread until lightly golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Pop the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth and melted.

Pour the peanut butter over the french toast and garnish with chocolate chips and DEVOUR.

1½ tbsp low-fat yogurt

½ garlic clove, crushed

Tip the quinoa into a saucepan and pour over 600ml water. Cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Turn down and simmer until the water has evaporated (just as you’d cook rice) – about 20 mins. Take off the lid and leave to cool while you prepare the turkey and salad.

Tip the cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and herbs into a large mixing bowl. Pour over 1 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice, season well and mix everything together.

Heat a griddle pan and, when smoking hot, rub the turkey steaks with 1 tsp olive oil. Cook for about 5 mins on each side, depending on thickness. Stir together all the dressing ingredients along with 3 tbsp water. Toss the quinoa together with the salad and arrange on plates. Cut the turkey into thick slices, pile up on the quinoa and drizzle over the dressing.

This is my go-to grilled chicken breast recipe, it comes out so juicy and flavorful, perfect over salads, sandwiches, or for meal prep!

Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe

chicken breast cutlets (8 pieces total preferably organic)

extra virgin olive oil

garlic

herbs

red wine vinegar

black pepper (to taste)

Prepare the Chicken: Start with your thin chicken cutlets. If you haven&#39;t already, follow the instructions above to pound your chicken to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.

Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, garlic, dried herbs and vinegar in a large deep shallow dish. Season chicken on both sides with salt and black pepper then add to the marinade.

Make sure they’re evenly coated then, cover and marinate at least 30 minutes, but preferably up to 2 hours for better flavor. Or as long as overnight.

Preheat Your Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. If you&#39;re using a charcoal grill, wait until the coals are covered with white ash.

Grill the Chicken: Once your grill is heated, oil the grates and add the chicken cutlets. Grill the chicken for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Because the cutlets are thin, they will cook quickly. Be careful not to overcook them, as chicken can become dry if cooked too long.

Rest and Serve: Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.

First, turn your rolled oatmeal into instant oatmeal. You can do this by adding rolled oats into your blender and pulsing a few times until the oats are broken up. It ensures the oats cook quicker when boiling water is poured over the top.

You can also use store-bought instant oats if you have some on hand.

Add your instant oats to your jar.

Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder into your jar.

Chop your dried mango and date into small pieces and add them to your jar and the shredded coconut.

Mix to combine and store for weeks in your pantry!

When you’re ready to eat, pour in 1.5 cups of boiling water, mix, and enjoy! Add more or less water to adjust to the thickness you prefer.

You can also add room-temperature water and microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Spray a 12-cup muffin pay with your favorite nonstick spray

In a food processor, blend the ricotta and liquid egg whites together
