These Powdered Keto Donuts taste just like the ones you would from a donut shop. They're soft, kind of cakey, and covered in a sugar free powdered sugar that melts in your mouth with each bite. And the best thing about these keto donuts is that each one has LESS THAN 2 NET CARBS! 

Powdered Keto Donuts | The Best Keto Donut Recipe

Dry Donut Ingredients:

½ Cup (75-80 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Tsp (5 grams) baking powder

salt

Wet Donut Ingredients:

Eggs

Tbsps (30 grams) almond milk, unsweetened

Tbsps (32 grams) salted butter, melted

Sugar Topping:

(75 grams) Confectioners Swerve

Preheat the oven to 350° F (177°C).  

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.

Then, set the dry ingredients aside, and in a smaller mixing bowl combine all of the wet ingredients.

Once combined, slowly pour the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients. Using a spatula, mix the ingredients together until a thick batter forms.

Now, coat a donut tray with cooking spray, and fill the slots about 3/4 of the way full with batter.

Make sure to distribute the batter between the slots evenly, and then bake the donuts for 12 to 15 minutes.

Check them at 10 minutes if it's is your first time making them. And then keep checking them at the 12 minute mark, and the 15 minute mark - if need be.

Remove them from the oven when they are golden brown on top and are solid around the edges, pulling away from the circles on the donut tray.

Once they're done, allow them to cool completely before removing them from the donut pan.

Pour your Confectioners Swerve in a large bowl for coating the donuts.

Now, take a cooled donut and lightly spray the top of it with cooking spray.

Immediately place the sprayed side into the powdered sugar.

Do the same process for the other side of the donut. And for the best results, repeat the spray and cover process a couple of times per donut.

Repeat this process with all of the donuts, and serve.

Almond Flour Pancakes

Make Batter: Stir together dry ingredients (almond flour, sweetener, salt) in a bowl until well-mixed. Stir in heavy cream and egg whites until batter is smooth. If batter is too thick, stir in 1 tablespoon of water.

Cook Pancakes: Heat a nonstick pan on the stove over medium-low until hot. Pour batter to form a 3-inch pancake, about 1 to 2 tablespoons (Note 5). Cook until surface bubbles are bursting, 1 to 2 minutes, then flip to cook the other side until cooked through, another 30 seconds (Note 6). Transfer to a plate when done. Repeat until batter is used up.

Serve: Serve immediately while hot, with butter and sugar-free syrup.

This is a silky and creamy frittata with spinach, prosciutto, bell pepper, and parmesan cheese. Everything is conveniently cooked using a single pan, with minimal cleanup. Enjoy this for a low carb breakfast or brunch.

Spinach Frittata

eggs

baby spinach, roughly chopped

prosciutto (4 slices),

orange bell pepper, sliced into short strips

Make Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs, heavy cream, black pepper, salt, and half of parmesan cheese in large mixing bowl until well-beaten. Set aside.

Cook Prosciutto: Coat bottom of oven-safe 10-inch high-sided pan (Note 2) with olive oil, and add chopped prosciutto. Cook over medium heat until slightly crispy, 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use tongs to transfer prosciutto to large bowl, leaving behind oil and grease in pan.

Cook Vegetables: Add bell pepper slices to pan and cook until seared and soft, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to same bowl with prosciutto. Reduce to medium-low heat. Add spinach to pan and cook until just wilted, a few minutes, stirring almost constantly. Transfer to same bowl. Turn off heat.

Assemble Frittata: Give egg mixture a stir and pour into pan. Leaving behind any juices in bowl, transfer prosciutto, spinach, and bell pepper to pan, arranging until evenly distributed in egg mixture. Gently push down on anything protruding up.

Cook Frittata: Cover with lid and cook over low heat until most of surface is no longer liquid, about 15 minutes. Gently shake pan; center should be set and only edges should be liquid (Note 3). Remove pan from heat.

Broil Frittata: Uncover and evenly distribute remaining parmesan cheese on top. Optionally season with additional black pepper. Turn on broiler. Place frittata in middle of oven and broil uncovered until surface is completely set and cheese is bubbling, 5 to 10 minutes. Frequently monitor so that frittata does not overcook.

Cool &amp; Serve: Let stand to cool for a few minutes. Use spatula to loosen sides of frittata, then cut into wedges. Serve and save leftovers (Note 4).

Cup (65 grams) Sunflower Seeds

Cup (45 grams) Sesame Seeds

Just less than 1/2 Cup (110 grams) NO SUGAR Peanut Butter

(70 grams) Egg Whites

Add all of the nuts, half of the pumpkin seeds, and half of sunflower seeds to your food processor. Pulse to roughly chop nuts/seeds. ***Do NOT over pulse; you do not want a fine meal.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Stir in the rest of the dry ingredients. 

In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together. Add this to the dry ingredients. Mix together.

Spread mixture in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten with your hands and a rolling pin.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven and let cool.

Use your hands to break granola apart into pieces. 

Store in cool, dry place in an airtight container.

Fry up 2 eggs.

This beef breakfast sausage is a great alternative to pork sausage.  It&#039;s gluten free, grain free, low carb, paleo, and Keto friendly.

BEEF BREAKFAST SAUSAGE | Pork-Free Sausage

lb 75-80% Lean Ground Beef (get grass-fed, if possible,

Sea Salt

Paprika

tsp Garlic Powder

tsp Dried Sage

tsp Dried Thyme

tsp Onion Powder

tsp Black Pepper

tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Avocado Oil, Butter, or Ghee (for cooking)

In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients (except the oil/butter) and mix until fully combined.

Separate ground beef mixture into 6 equal parts, roll into a tight ball, and press into a patty shape to about 1/2 inch thick.

Add oil/butter to a large skillet over medium heat.  Place patties into the skillet and cook on each side until fully cooked through and browned around the edges.  *Feel free to cover with a lid to help it cook faster.

Place a paper towel onto a large plate.  Once the sausages are done, transfer them to this plate to allow the paper towel to soak up any excess grease.

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.  ENJOY!

PRESSURE COOKER/INSTANT POT SOUS VIDE: Set up your Instant Pot or pressure cooker by pouring 1 cup of water inside the bowl and then place the rack/trivet. Next, put the silicone mold filled with the egg bites batter on top. Make sure to cover the mold with aluminum foil, lock the lid, and turn the valve.

Press the STEAM or SOUS VIDE function for 10 minutes. It may take about 5 minutes or so for the pressure to build up and the function to start working. After the 10 minutes are up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before removing the egg bites.

If you are using this method to cook our egg bites, it will take about 30 minutes from start to finish for this recipe (5 minutes prep, 5 minutes to build pressure, 10 minutes to cook, and 10 minutes to release natural pressure).

Ingredients for egg bites recipe:
Bacon & Gruyere Egg Bites

Prepare fathead dough

Place a pot on the stove and switch on the medium heat

Add Mozzarella

Once the pot is heated, add shredded mozzarella and let it melt completely using spatula to mix from time to time

Add Almonds

Add Egg
