Steak Cobb Salad with Lime Vinaigrette

KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing, divided

beef skirt steak (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

eggs,

avocado, chopped

cherry tomatoes,

OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Reserve 1/2 cup dressing for later use. Pour remaining dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak with dressing.

Heat grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

Grill steak 8 to 10 min. or until medium doneness, turning after 5 min. Remove from grill. Let stand 5 min.

Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place along with remaining ingredients on lettuce-covered platter.

This lime vinaigrette is so easy to put together: it takes just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes! Its zingy flavor is perfect for salads of any kind.

Easy Lime Vinaigrette

lime zest and 2 tablespoons lime juice

kosher salt,

Dijon mustard

maple syrup

Zest the lime. Sprinkle it with the kosher salt, then mince it as fine as possible. Holding the blunt edge of the knife, scrape the sharp edge of the blade over the minced lime zest, holding the knife at an angle and mashing the zest into a paste. This should only take a minute or so: don&#8217;t spend too long on it!

Place the zest in a medium bowl and it whisk together with the Dijon mustard, lime juice, and maple syrup. Gradually whisk in the olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time (8 tablespoons total), until creamy and emulsified. If desired, season with additional salt.

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

Soak noodles as directed on package; drain.

Pour boiling water over bouillon cubes in medium bowl; stir until cubes are dissolved. Stir in 2 Tbsp. dressing.

Heat remaining dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, onions and carrots; cook 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.

Add noodles, chicken broth and coleslaw blend; mix lightly. Cook on medium-high heat 3 min. or until ingredients heated through and most the broth is absorbed, stirring frequently.

KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

Mix lime vinaigrette dressing and soy sauce until blended. Pour 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture over mushrooms and carrots in medium bowl; mix lightly. Toss chicken with remaining dressing mixture in separate bowl.

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread chicken onto 1/3 of the prepared baking sheet, then spread mushrooms and carrots over remaining side of baking sheet.

Bake 28 min., adding snow peas to vegetable-covered side of baking sheet for the last 8 min. After 15 min. prepare rice as directed on package.

Combine chicken and vegetable mixture in serving dish. Add ketchup and sesame dressing; mix lightly. Serve with rice.

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Mix mustard and dressing until blended. Remove half the mustard mixture; reserve for serving with the grilled kabobs.

Thread sausage onto 8 skewers alternately with remaining ingredients. Grill 5 min. Turn kabobs; brush with some of the remaining mustard mixture.

Reduce grill to medium-low heat. Grill kabobs additional 10 min. or until sausage is heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture.

Serve kabobs with the reserved mustard mixture.

Cover tortillas with lettuce; top with chicken mixture.

Electric Pressure Cooker-Sweet Potato Tagine

lb. sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks

(14.5 oz.) vegetable broth

dry roasted peanuts, divided

(16 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed

Heat dressing in electric pressure cooker using SAUTÉ setting. Add onions, garlic and ginger; cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Add seasonings; cook and stir 30 sec.

Add potatoes, vegetable broth and 1/4 cup nuts; mix lightly. Close and lock lid. Turn Pressure Release Valve to Sealing position. Cook 10 min. using HIGH PRESSURE COOK setting.

Use Quick Pressure Release to carefully vent steam before opening lid. Slowly remove lid. Spoon 1 cup of the potato mixture into medium bowl; mash with fork. Return to ingredients in pressure cooker. Add chickpeas and 1/4 cup cilantro; mix well. Spoon into serving dish.

Top with sour cream, remaining nuts and remaining cilantro.

Whisk the vinegar, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
