Tender chicken breasts smothered in a rich garlic cream sauce, all made in the same pan, and ready in less than 30 minutes!

One Pan Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper

paprika

all purpose flour ((for dredging))

olive oil

Tbsp butter

shallots, (finely minced (or 1 small yellow onion))

Tbsp garlic

chicken broth

heavy cream

Italian seasoning

Parmesan cheese ((fresh is best))

Add flour to a shallow dish.  Season chicken on both sides with a total of 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp paprika.  Add chicken to flour dish, one at a time, turning to coat lightly in flour.

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over MED HIGH heat until hot.  Add butter, then add flour-dredged chicken to skillet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.  If your pan is less than 12 inches across, you may need to brown the chicken in batches.

Cook chicken for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked and golden brown.  Remove to a plate and set aside.

Reduce heat to MED LOW, and add a small drizzle of oil to pan (remember, DON&#x27;T clean it out!), then add shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes, until soft and fragrant.  Add garlic and cook another 30 seconds or so.

Carefully pour in chicken broth or stock, scraping the bottom of the pan to loosen any browned bits.  Pour in heavy cream and stir well to combine.

Cook 2-4 minutes, or until thickened slightly.  Stir in 1/4 tsp each of pepper and Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.  Add chicken back to the pan, nestling them in and moving them around so the flour will help thicken the sauce.

Baked Chicken Leg Quarters

1.5 lbs new potatoes (halved)

carrots

Preheat oven to 450F.

In a 9x13 oven-safe casserole dish toss potatoes and carrots with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt. Place chicken quarters on top--it&#039;s ok if they are touching.

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together for the marinade. Pour overtop of chicken and vegetables.

Roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165F when checked with an instant read thermometer. Check chicken after 30 minutes, if it is browning too much, cover with aluminum foil.

One Pan Chili Lime Chicken & Rice

boneless skinless chicken thighs (or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness)

Stir together chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Season chicken with half of the seasoning mixture and set remaining seasoning aside.

Drizzle a pan with oil over and bring to medium heat. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from pan.

Add rice, remaining seasonings, chicken broth, and lime juice to pan and stir to combine. Return chicken to pan on top of the rice. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until liquid is dissolved.

Fluff the rice with a fork. Top with cilantro and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Serve immediately.

Chicken and Bell Peppers Skillet is one of those dishes that will go to your family dinner rotation because it happens to please everyone. It’s seasoned with lots of spices and it’s also low-carb, paleo and whole30 friendly.

free range organic chicken thighs (bone-in and skin-on)

Salt and black pepper

large bell peppers (1 red and 1 orange, sliced)

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat in the stove. Meanwhile, in a large bowl place chicken and all the seasonings for the chicken. Mix everything well to combine.

Add olive oil to skillet. Add chicken in skillet, skin side down, and cook 4-6 minutes or until browned. Turn chicken over and cook for 1 minute. Set aside (chicken won’t be totally cooked yet).

Remove skillet from the heat and add peppers, onion, garlic, paprika, red chili flakes and salt and peppers. Stir everything well to combine.

Arrange chicken on top of the peppers and onions and place the skillet in the pre-heat over. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until chicken gets the internal temperature of 165ºF. Enjoy!

One Pan Creamed Corn Orzo with Shrimp

kosher salt (divided)

tsp. black pepper (divided)

corn kernels (from 4 shucked ears of corn)

poblano pepper (seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped)

garlic

dry orzo

vegetable broth

coconut milk

Place shrimp in a bowl and season with 1/2 tsp. of the salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.

Heat oil in a large high-sided skillet over medium-high. When oil begins to smoke and working in batches if needed, add shrimp; cook, turning once, until lightly charred around the edges, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and reduce heat to medium.

Add butter to pan. Once melted, add corn, onion, poblano pepper, and garlic; cook until onion is translucent and mixture is fragrant, 4 to 5 minutes. Add orzo and remaining 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper; cook 1 minute; stirring often. Add broth, coconut milk, and fresh thyme; simmer, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, 10 to 12 minutes or according to package instructions. Add shrimp back to pan and garnish with basil.

A delicious dinner that feeds a crowd. And you only need one pan!

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add in the sausage, crumbling it into small pieces. Cook until browned well. Drain off any excess grease.

Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, Italian seasoning, and tortellini. Bring mixture to a boil.

Then turn heat to low, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes until tortellini is tender.

Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. It will melt in with the warm tortellini pasta.

Optional - you can sprinkle additional cheese on top before serving.

Taco Spaghetti Recipe

taco seasoning (or 1 packet)

can Rotel tomatoes (do NOT drain)

spaghetti noodles (uncooked)

cheddar cheese (shredded)

Heat olive oil in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat.  Brown ground beef and onion in skillet until meat is no longer pink and onions are soft and translucent.

Add taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes (including juice), spaghetti noodles, and water.

Bring to a boil over high heat.  Once water comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese into the pan and stir to distribute the cooked spaghetti and cheese throughout the pan.

Top with remaining cheese and cilantro.

Marry Me Chicken is quick and easy to make with minimal ingredients. Juicy chicken married with a creamy parmesan sauce is the perfect pairing for a family-friendly meal.

Marry Me Chicken

can cream of chicken soup

1½ cup half and half

parmesan cheese

Fresh (chopped basil, optional garnish)

Season each chicken breast evenly with salt and Italian seasoning.

In a large skillet stir together 1 jar of the sun-dried tomatoes, undrained, and the minced garlic over medium high heat until hot.

Add the seasoned chicken to the hot tomatoes and oil (the oil is from the undrained sun dried tomatoes) and brown it on both sides, 3-4 minutes on each side. The chicken does not need to be cooked all the way through yet, just browned on each side.

Remove the chicken and place it on a plate, covering it with a lid or aluminum foil. It will be added back in later.

Drain the other jar of sun-dried tomatoes and add the tomatoes to the skillet, reduce the heat to low.

Stir in the cream of chicken soup, half and half and parmesan cheese until completely combined.

Heat over low until bubbling, about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the chicken back into the pan, reduce the heat to low and cover.

Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce is thickened and the chicken is cooked through.

Serve hot garnished with fresh basil, optional.

Garlic Butter Steak and Potato skillet has tender, juicy steak with delicious roasted potatoes made all in one pan! A perfect combination that the entire family will love (and devour!)

Garlic Steak and Potatoes

olive oil (divided)

oregano

salt (divided)

½ tsp black pepper

tsp red pepper flakes (divided)

tbsp salted butter (divided)

baby yellow potatoes (halved

In a gallon size plastic zip bag, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, ½ teaspoon salt, black pepper, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, and 2 of the minced garlic cloves.  Place meat into the plastic bag and seal.  Allow the meat to marinate while preparing the potatoes.

Place halved potatoes into a microwave-safe bowl and cover with water.  Add remaining 1 teaspoon of salt to the potatoes and water.  Microwave on high power for 5 minutes.  Drain potatoes.

In a 12-inch stainless steel skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until the butter is melted.

Transfer drained potatoes to the pre-heated skillet.  Saute over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned and tender all the way through (approximately 10 minutes).

Remove potatoes to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, the remaining 2 cloves of minced garlic, the remaining ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, the fresh rosemary and oregano. Bring the butter and seasonings to a simmer over medium high heat.  Do not burn garlic.

While the pan is heating, remove the meat from the marinade.  Use paper towels to gently pat the meat and remove excess moisture.

Working in batches, place several strips of meat into the hot skillet.  Brown the meat on each side.  *See notes regarding excess liquid.  Adjust cooking time according to your preference for doneness of the meat.  The meat should cook only a couple minutes on each side for a medium doneness.

When all of the meat has been browned, return all meat and potatoes to the skillet and heat through.  Serve immediately.

One Pan Garlic Steak and Potatoes

Tender chicken breasts are seared to perfection then onions, garlic, and tomatoes are blistered and simmered just slightly until the fragrant basil is added in to really infuse this dish with fresh flavor!

One Pan Garlic Tomato Basil Chicken

chicken breasts (sliced in half for 4 thin pieces)

grape tomatoes (sliced in half)

½ large yellow onion (diced)

basil leaves (chopped)

butter (optional)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Balsamic vinegar (for extra flavor (optional))

Slice chicken breasts in half then season generously with salt and pepper.

Over medium-high heat in a large skillet, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil then once the oil is hot sear the chicken on both sides until it’s nice and browned. This took me about 6 minutes on each side.

Once the chicken is browned and mostly cooked through, remove from the skillet and set on a plate. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant. Remove the skillet from the heat for about 2 minutes then add in the tomatoes. Allow tomatoes to soften a bit and the juices to burst then add the basil.

Add the chicken back into the skillet and let it warm back up with the “sauce.” Spoon the onion, tomato, basil mixture on top of the chicken then add butter (if using). Remove from heat and serve! Drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze or regular balsamic vinegar on top for extra flavor.
